David upgraded software and hardware on my old computer. He was very easy to talk to, picked up / dropped off my computer at home, and kept me up to date on progress. My computer was returned upgraded, cleaned of dust and David spent time with me ensuring that apps were functioning again after the upgrade. I also learnt a few useful tips for managing my computer.
